Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the bevibe desktop app and the bevibe.pro website and account service ("bevibe"), provided by [SELLER NAME], [COUNTRY] ("we"). By creating an account or using bevibe you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with an email link, Google or GitHub. Keep access to that email or account safe: anyone who can sign in as you can use your subscription. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Free trial and subscription

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial, once per account, with no payment details needed. After the trial, bevibe needs an active subscription: $20 a month or $200 a year, plus any sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Coding agents and your code

bevibe runs on your Mac and drives coding agents you install and sign in to yourself, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, OpenCode and Antigravity. Your use of each agent, and of the accounts and plans behind it, is governed by that provider's own terms, which you are responsible for following. bevibe does not resell access to any model. Agents can read, change and run code on your machine; review what they do, and keep backups of work you care about.

Acceptable use

Don't use bevibe to break the law, to get around its licence checks, or to resell or share one subscription among several people.

Software and updates

While your subscription or trial is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use bevibe and the updates we publish. bevibe includes open source components under their own licences, listed with the app.

No warranty

bevibe is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be error-free or that agents will produce correct results.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about bevibe is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending these terms

You can stop using bevibe at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

Law and contact
