Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try bevibe fully before paying.

Refunds

If you're not happy with bevibe, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly. After a refund your subscription ends, and the app stops working once your trial or paid period is over.

How to ask

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, handles payments and refunds. Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle through paddle.net. You can also email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll take care of it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
